Assegai Analytics operates Trident Protect and this website (trident.assegai.africa).

What we collect

• Marketing forms — name, email, firm, message, when you submit a partner or contact form.
• Product account data — email, name, role, organisation, and the records you enter into the platform.
• Support — the content of any support request you send us.

Why we collect it & lawful basis

• To provide the service you've contracted (contractual necessity).
• To respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest / consent).
• To meet our own legal obligations under CDPA and other applicable law.

Sharing

We share personal data only with our named sub-processors: Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Sentry. See the DPA for details.

Retention
