Troubleshooting for client admins, client users and executive viewers
Find the line that matches what you see. Each entry says what you see, why, and what to do. Plans and prices are on the pricing page; this page quotes none.
A module shows Upgrade, Unlock or Upgrade required
What you see. On the Dashboard, under Modules, a module's card shows Upgrade and an Unlock button. Or you open a module and the page says Upgrade required, with the line "Your current plan does not include this module."
Why. The module is not part of your organisation's plan.
What to do. Select Unlock. The page that opens shows the ways to add that module or to move to a plan that includes it. If you are a client user or an Executive viewer, ask your client admin; if you are the client admin, your consultant can help if you have one, and Assegai can if you do not.
A page says this feature is not enabled for your workspace yet
What you see. A short message, "This feature isn't enabled for your workspace yet", with no button to buy anything.
Why. The feature is switched off on the platform side for now. It does not depend on your plan.
What to do. Nothing. There is nothing to buy or turn on, and the message says you will be told when it is available.
A module says Coming soon
What you see. The module's page or card shows Coming soon, with a short description.
Why. The module is not available to any organisation yet, so no plan includes it.
What to do. Nothing yet. The screen says you will be told when it goes live.
Buttons are greyed out and a banner says View only
What you see. A banner marked View only: "You have view-only access to this organisation. You can read everything and add comments, but not change records." Buttons that add or change something are greyed out, and a hint on hover says "You have view-only access to this organisation."
Why. Your role is Executive viewer. That role reads every register and the dashboard and can add comments, and cannot change records. It is a role choice, and it has nothing to do with a fault.
What to do. Ask your client admin. A client admin chooses each person's role when inviting them to the organisation.
A banner says Read-only or Archived, and Pay now is on it
What you see. An amber banner under the top bar, marked Read-only or Archived, sometimes with a Pay now button. Buttons that add or change records are greyed out for everyone in the organisation, whatever their role.
Why. An organisation can be made read-only when a payment is overdue. Nothing is deleted: your records are still there to read.
What to do. Select Pay now, or open Billing to see what is owed and how to pay. If your consultant collects payment for your plan, ask them. Once what is owed is settled, the organisation can be used again. If the banner shows no Pay now, ask your client admin to contact your consultant or Assegai.
A module says This workspace is on hold
What you see. In place of a module's page, a card titled This workspace is on hold with a Payment overdue badge and your payment plan below it.
Why. A payment on your plan is overdue, so new work in that module is paused. What you already have stays available.
What to do. Follow the payment details on the card, or ask your consultant if they collect payment. New work in the module resumes once the balance is settled.
A section is missing from the Organisation page
What you see. You open Organisation and some sections your colleague describes, such as Members, Invitations or Sign-off policy, are not in the list.
Why. Those sections show only to a client admin.
What to do. Ask a client admin to make the change, or to give you the details you need.
A task has no Complete button and says Auto-completes when done
What you see. On the Tasks page, a task shows Auto-completes when done instead of Complete, or a Go to button.
Why. The task completes automatically once the underlying work reaches its done state, so it is not completed by hand.
What to do. Use Go to to reach that page and do the work. The task completes when the work is recorded.
